One on One Small Business Technical Assistance in English and Spanish.

About

CEDC works with immigrant-owned, women and small business owners of color to provide practical, tailored hands-on technical assistance to start-up and existing sole proprietors and self employed. CEDC offers services  in Spanish and english to help with licensing and permitting acting as a liaison with the City of New Bedford.  CEDC offers guidance on business planning, operations, public safety sales and income tax assistance and marketing among other topics. CEDC staff  are certified Instructors  and Exam Proctors for ServSafe Certification in Spanish to assist  food-based businesses this required training.  CEDC provides assistance city-wide, but our target area is the  Acushnet Ave. International Marketplace.
