This 8-hour training program provides students with the basics of project management, including the theory and core methodology needed to manage projects individually or participate on project-teams. Students will learn how to apply project management concepts in their everyday work. Participants of this course will come away with a solid foundation of the basic principles of project management, including time management, setting priority levels, and managing change.
