Join Eugene Kogan, Harvard Business School Negotiation Strategist, for a deep dive into Harvard’s win-win approach to negotiation.
The session will include practical tools that attendees can use in coaching their teams. The discussion will revolve as much as possible around the participants’ substantive interests. Targeted video clips will also be used to illustrate key insights.
Attendees will also receive a copy of Mediation: Negotiation by Other Moves, co-authored by Dr. Kogan.
