This 15-hour course focuses on building positive and effective relationships with colleagues as well as customers. You will engage in dialogue and learn best practices around how to be a great employee through intentional communication, workplace etiquette, professionalism, emotional intelligence, building trust, constructive feedback, understanding difficult customers, and increasing your service recovery skills.
