New Bedford SourceLink is a supportive platform that connects maritime, arts+culture,and main street entrepreneurs to a network of local, regional, and national resource partners to foster innovation, growth, and prosperity.

The founding partners of New Bedford SourceLink include the New Bedford Economic Development Council, New Bedford Port Authority, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, New Bedford Creative Consortium, Co-Creative Center, E for All, and Groundwork. Day-to-day management of New Bedford SourceLink activities is provided by the New Bedford Economic Development Council.

How do we accomplish this?

New Bedford SourceLink connects a large network of primarily nonprofit service providers offering a wide variety of business-building services for small businesses. We facilitate the linking of these resource organizations to one another and to established, emerging and startup small businesses throughout the region.

You will talk to one of the staff professionals at the New Bedford Economic Development Council, who will gather information about your business and your needs. We then guide you to the best fit business resources to help you. After a few weeks, our staff will follow-up to check in on your progress. This referral service is provided at no cost to New Bedford area entrepreneurs and small business owners.
